Engagement Manager

Kforce has a client in Fort Collins, CO that is seeking an Engagement Manager. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between Kforce consultants and client stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of engagement objectives aligned to SOW, client expectations, and Kforce standards Own end-to-end delivery including consultant care, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and operational execution Drive consultant engagement through structured 1:1s (initial and ongoing), consistent communication, coaching, and career development support Manage performance through evaluations, feedback, and corrective action plans while proactively addressing issues to retain top talent Recognize and reinforce engagement through events, awards, and ongoing communication, and elevate trends impacting consultant experience Partner with client managers to optimize team performance, improve operational efficiency, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment Monitor engagement health, consultant performance, and delivery outcomes, ensuring consistent service quality Provide regular status reporting on progress, risks, and key metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, and Operations to support resource planning, transitions, and issue resolution Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless consultant lifecycle management Facilitate pre-start orientation, coordinate logistics (equipment, access, badges), execute first-day onboarding, and conduct early check-ins to support successful assimilation Ensure completion of required trainings and manage assignment transitions, including system deactivation and equipment return Oversee operational and compliance activities including timecard approvals, time‑off tracking, payroll and HR coordination, and maintenance of accurate consultant reporting Requirements Experience in customer service, project coordination, or staffing environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills Executive communication, strategic and data‑driven thinking, strong organization, and proactive problem‑solving with a continuous improvement mindset Experience supporting technical teams or working in Agile environments preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
