Licensed Practical Nurse - Surgery MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system in South Carolina to recruit a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent position in a surgical setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to preoperative and postoperative patients in the surgical unit. Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and assist during surgical procedures. Prepare patients for surgery by conducting assessments, educating them on pre-surgical requirements, and ensuring informed consent. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless care from pre-op to recovery. Maintain detailed records in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Licensed Practical Nurse - Surgery Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active South Carolina LPN license.
