Stocking Team Associate

Overview Job Overview: Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock new freight in the backroom. Lift heavy objects (in excess of 50 pounds) as part of daily duties. Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required where applicable. Compensation Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
