Our purpose is to help make your world a safer place.We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center as an Alarm Monitoring Representative. This full-time position is available on mid-shift, second shift, and third shift schedules which includes weekends and holidays.Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be at the center of critical life-safety operations, serving as the first point of contact when alarm events occur. Like a 911 emergency dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in helping protect people, property, and businesses by responding quickly and accurately to incoming alarm signals.
