Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for safely operating production equipment, handling raw materials and finished products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or machine operation experience and be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and established operating procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from production equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and handle materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on finished products.
• Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or production problems.
• Accurately complete production paperwork, labels, and required documentation.
• Package and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to follow all safety and workplace policies.
