What You'll Do

As a Change Management Analyst, you'll partner with leaders across Digital Transformation & Innovation to help healthcare teams successfully embrace new ways of working.

You'll:

• Partner with product leaders, innovation teams, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to execute enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Develop scalable change management tools, templates, and best practices using human-centered design principles.
• Execute change management strategies that accelerate adoption and maximize the value of DT&I products.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments for innovative care delivery initiatives.
• Analyze current change management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Leverage data to uncover trends, measure adoption, and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports that communicate progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build alignment, foster engagement, and support successful implementation across HCA Healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field - Required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or organizational change management - Required
• Experience executing enterprise change management strategies - Required
• Experience conducting Change Impact and Change Readiness Assessments - Required
• Experience tracking and reporting change management metrics - Required
• Strong data analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail - Required
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field - Preferred
• Change Management certification - Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytics and visualization tools - Preferred

Work Location/Schedule:

• Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
• Onsite: M-F, 8am - 5pm

Travel Required:

• Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis.
