Mold Remediation Project Manager

As a Mold Remediation Project Manager, you will oversee specific projects within the Mold Department. You will oversee the planning, budgeting, and documentation of all projects assigned to you. As project estimator, you will be responsible for inspecting damages caused by water, fire, and/or mold, taking measurements, sketching rooms, writing a material list, writing the scope of work in all affected areas, and taking before/after pictures for each area that needs repairs and/or remodeling. You will also be dealing with blueprints and building permits if applicable. As well as interacting with customers, insurance adjusters, and contractors. Applicants must also be able to communicate efficiently as well as have excellent Customer Service skills.

Qualifications

• Track record of accomplishments in restoration production - mold • Amazing leadership skills • IICRC certifications preferred • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop team of workers in route to company growth • Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met • Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs) • Perform production work as needed • Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines • Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies • Train, manage, and recruit production personnel • Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
