A day in the life: Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity Present treatment estimates, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options in a way patients can easily understand Help patients move forward with the care they need—through education and trust, never pressure Stay organized and accurate with treatment plans, insurance estimates, scheduling, and follow-up Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience Owner-led practice.
