The responsibilities :
- Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, fax, web and EDI
- Enter orders and monitor them through delivery
- Respond to customer questions about product availability, shipping and delivery
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues
- Track open orders, backorders and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure customers have a smooth experience from order placement through delivery
