Role Description
This full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager role is an on-site position based in San Antonio, TX (Alamo Heights). Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, and managing the team. Additional tasks involve hiring and training staff, handling customer relations, and supporting the achievement of business goals through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in restaurant management
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Experience in Hiring and onboarding team members for restaurant operations
- Excellent Communication skills to manage teams and effectively address customer needs
- In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and best practices
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
