New York City | 5 days in-office | Reports to CEO A Series B category-defining fintech — backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors and some of the most respected operators in tech — is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own hiring during one of the most critical growth periods in the company's history. They manage over $1B in client assets and sit at the intersection of three powerful markets: wealth management, consumer fintech, and AI-enabled advisory. The next phase depends on talent. That's where you come in. What you'll own: Full-cycle recruiting across engineering, advisory, product, design and GTM. You'll partner directly with the CEO — building pipelines, sharpening briefs, telling the company story to senior candidates, and closing competitive offers without compromising the bar. Who this is for: Senior IC recruiter — you've owned searches end-to-end at a high-growth tech company, built outbound pipelines from scratch and closed candidates who had options. Hands-on Head of Talent — you've led talent at a Series A–C company and genuinely want to stay close to the work, not just manage it. Agency or search convert — you bring pace, outbound discipline and candidate control, and you're ready to operate at a senior level internally. What good looks like: Strong outbound capability. Direct experience hiring engineers and GTM hires in a competitive market. High EQ with founders and senior stakeholders. Able to represent a premium company narrative. New York-based and comfortable in a fast, in-person culture. Comp: $200k-$250k + meaningful equity at a meaningful stage.
