What You'll Need:
- Valid OT licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience or strong interest in working with high-needs or diverse student populations

- Flexibility and a proactive approach when supporting a range of developmental and physical challenges
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy sessions to students with varying physical, sensory, and cognitive needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEP goals and modifications
- Support teachers and classroom staff with strategies and adaptations for student success
- Provide regular progress updates and contribute to a positive, empowering learning environment
- Participate in safety care training-provided at no cost-ensuring a safe environment for all
