Job Summary: Brooklyn, New York Nurse Educator (Registered Nurse). The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient coverage across Maternal Child Health (Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mother/Baby Unit, and Pediatrics). The role supports education for Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Postpartum needs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift (7.5 hours), with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse; Associate Degree (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program; New York State RN license (with primary source verification); Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience; minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 and Level 2 trauma experience; teaching hospital experience; Epic experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Coverage expectation includes all inpatient Maternal Child Health areas (Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mother/Baby Unit, and Pediatrics). Strong Labor & Delivery skills are required, with support of education across Labor & Delivery, NICU, and postpartum.
