What Youll Do Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department using the full nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients and families. Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare partners to coordinate care. Stay current with continuing education and emergency care competencies. Participate in department and hospital initiatives aimed at advancing patient care. What You Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts RN license. Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality.
