Position Summary
Provide meals to hotel employees in a quick and friendly manner.
Example of Duties
Essential Functions
- Prepare food items for employees using a predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
- Serve selected food items to employees.
- Clean all shelves and refrigerators and set up for next shift.
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total employee satisfaction.
Supportive Functions
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
- Perform other duties as requested including cross training in other culinary related areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Requires good communication skills.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards.
Education
High school or equivalent education required.
