At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Sous Chef, you support the Executive Chef in leading food production, presentation, and kitchen operations while maintaining high culinary, sanitation, and regulatory standards. What You'll Do:

Oversee daily food production and presentation
Support supervision and coaching of dining team members
Ensure proper portioning, plating, and therapeutic diet compliance
Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls
Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs
Enforce HACCP and food safety standards
Support special events, banquets, and catering
Engage with residents to monitor satisfaction
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Pay Range: 25.45 - 31.85

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
