Your primary responsibility is developing referral relationships and generating new business opportunities by building trust with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, facility administrators, healthcare providers, and community partners. You’ll spend much of your time in the field meeting with healthcare professionals, visiting facilities, educating referral sources about our services, and strengthening long‑term partnerships. This role combines healthcare marketing, relationship management, business development, and sales in a way that directly impacts patient outcomes and company growth. What You’ll Do Business Development & Healthcare Marketing Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and healthcare organizations Build strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, and facility administrators Promote TLC Solutions’ transportation services throughout your territory Educate referral partners on service offerings and patient transportation solutions Generate referral opportunities and new business relationships Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities Identify opportunities to expand market presence and referral volume Relationship Management Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners Conduct regular follow‑up visits and relationship‑building activities Ensure referral sources receive exceptional service and responsiveness Address concerns and facilitate communication between facilities and operations teams Help strengthen long‑term referral partnerships Sales & Growth Activities Develop and manage your own sales pipeline Track referral activity and business development efforts Follow up consistently on opportunities and partnership discussions Support growth initiatives throughout assigned territories Contribute to company revenue growth through relationship‑based sales efforts Administrative Responsibilities Document activities and interactions accurately Maintain organized records of referral sources and contacts Submit reports and updates as required Coordinate with operations and leadership teams Compensation Base Salary + Commission & Performance Bonuses Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 Performance‑based commission opportunities Performance bonuses Weekly pay Typical variable compensation: $20,000–$60,000 annually Typical On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$130,000 annually , based on individual performance Compensation structure available as 1099 Independent Contractor , depending on the candidate and position Higher levels of relevant experience—including pharmaceutical sales, Chamber of Commerce, healthcare relationship‑building, or similar business development backgrounds—may be considered for additional compensation based on qualifications and experience.
