Restaurant Manager, Momosan Ramen by Morimoto

The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston. This role is responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate brings strong restaurant and bar experience, including knowledge of cocktails and beverage management, along with a solid understanding of overall operations. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage the floor, oversee scheduling, train and develop team members, and hold staff accountable to performance standards. A passion for hospitality and a people‑focused leadership style are essential. Interest in Japanese cuisine is preferred, including familiarity with ramen and basic knowledge of sushi. Candidates should be high‑energy, adaptable, and capable of balancing service demands during both high‑volume and slower periods. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 - $88,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
