Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service execution
• Lead, mentor, and develop FOH management and service teams
• Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Drive financial performance, including labor management, budgeting, and cost controls
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and seasonal offerings
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
• Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards
• Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven experience managing high-volume, service-focused operations
• Knowledge of wine, food, and elevated hospitality standards preferred
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and integrity
• Passion for hospitality and team development
