General Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead operations at our upscale fine dining restaurant. This is an opportunity for a passionate leader to join a team committed to exceptional guest experiences, elevated service standards, and a collaborative restaurant culture.
The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a deep appreciation for hospitality and culinary excellence. We are looking for someone who can inspire both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop FOH management and service teams
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Drive financial performance, including labor management, budgeting, and cost controls
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and seasonal offerings
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
- Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards
- Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven experience managing high-volume, service-focused operations
- Knowledge of wine, food, and elevated hospitality standards preferred
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and integrity
- Passion for hospitality and team development
