Job Description
The dental assistant will provide essential support in a small dental practice, working directly under the supervision of the dentist. This role focuses on assisting with general dentistry procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chairside during general dentistry procedures
- Perform sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Conduct dental radiography as needed
- Manage inventory of dental supplies
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in dental assisting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of chairside assisting techniques
- Familiarity with dental radiography
- Understanding of sterilization procedures
