Business Banking Specialist

Position Overview As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Burbank, IL (4900 W. 87th St). Bilingual Spanish, Polish or Arabic is preferred. This role focuses on acquiring and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, engaging with clients from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading proactive lead generation and appointments. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM, translating client information into actionable sales strategies. Develop ecosystem leadership, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage to meet client needs. Deliver differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions, and timely problem resolution. Collaborate with branch team to identify referral opportunities and support the branch manager for independent opportunities. Engage clients in the lobby to promote products, educate on financial transaction options, and drive customer loyalty. Maintain risk adherence to policies, demonstrating sound judgment and efficient branch operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Compensation Base salary: $42,550.00 – $94,300.00, incentive eligible based on company and individual performance.
