Be Better Every Day Deliver Results Persevere with Grit Win as a Team The Position The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for the following: Job Posting and Promotion: Draft compelling job descriptions and post openings in Exelare, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. Participate in job intake calls with hiring managers to ensure accurate job postings. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and applications. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HumCap’s applicant tracking system, online databases, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Prepare candidates for client interview processes. Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers. Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Internal Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to generate daily and weekly reports for the recruiting team. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports to internal team. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including scheduling interviews and managing recruitment-related documents. Assist with other special projects as needed to support the overall recruitment function.
