Sandia Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Banquet Server. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Pay rate: is $6.90 per hour plus gratuities which are typically $15.00 - $25.00 per hour. Key responsibilities of the Banquet Server include preparing function sites and meeting rooms, serving food and beverage items, setting dining tables and buffets, communicating guest requests, maintaining a clean banquet kitchen, assisting in inventory control, ensuring excellent customer service, incorporating safe work practices, and performing other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications for the Banquet Server include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of banquet setting and service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other qualifications include demonstrating good energy and motivation, knowledge of banquet setup, and regular and reliable attendance.
