About the Role:

We are looking for a high-volume Recruiter to support our Customer Advocacy & Solutions, Insurance, Safety, and Commerce divisions across the U.S. and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high-volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

Top 3 skills:

Recruiting Strategy & Execution: Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to conduct kickoff meetings, design job descriptions, and execute high-volume hiring strategies across multiple divisions.

Candidate Management: Actively engage, assess skill sets, and align with candidate expectations throughout the full recruiting lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Performance & Data Tracking: Proactively assess recruitment performance and metrics (e.g., offer reports, time-in-stage, conversion rates) to continuously inform and optimize hiring processes.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-cycle executive recruiter.
• Direct experience managing and owning high-volume .
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to build job descriptions and establish effective hiring processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Oracle or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities using recruitment performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior executive business leaders.
