Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, other financial software What You’ll Actually Do Analysis: Analyze financial data and conduct variance analysis collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and discrepancies. Controls: Support internal controls by assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley testing and Corporate Financial Manual reviews and updates. Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for senior management. Efficiency: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Projects: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. The Must-Haves Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Entry-level career. Experience: No minimum years of experience required. Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, crucial for data analysis and report preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and senior management. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in financial analysis and documentation.
