If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Responsibilities: Lead projects in the Solution Architect role and focus on scaling the team’s capabilities in the B2B spaceLead the wider B2B eCommerce implementation team to focus on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growthDrive NTT’s clients to create content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to actInteract with key business and IT teams, lead all implementation activities, and support the members of the development teamAdvise our clients to implement and operate the technology platforms that will enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences for their channel and in-turn transforming our clients channel engagement operations into a modern, data-driven, creatively focused groupMentor and lead a project team by leveraging technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients.Formulate technical solutions to address complex business needs and leverage prior artifacts and delivery assets related to B2B products to impress the client with sophisticated solution designsLeverage in-depth knowledge of data models, customizations, and extensions of the B2B Architecture while managing communications across the project teamBasic Qualifications:5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with 2+ end to end B2B eCommerce projects (in a consulting capacity)8+ years of relevant work experience in the Salesforce Space, 2+ Years in eCommerce implementationStrong CloudCraze and B2B Lightning configuration experience and system administrationStrong understanding of eCommerce solution and Salesforce Commerce, Marketing and Sales cloudsProven experience implementing eCommerce solutions including enterprise architecture, ERP integration, robust services layer, payment providers, etc.Ability to guide Software Developers (code development)Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universityPreferred Qualifications:Technical skills related to Apex and other languagesWell-versed with Salesforce security model and Communities experienceExperience with lightning web components and how to address UI/UX requirements effectivelyExperience with Salesforce administration, configuration, & tools like process builderStrong functional knowledge of OOTB CapabilitiesIn depth understanding of CloudCraze architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations and extensionsAbility to oversee assigned programs (i. e. conduct solution reviews) and guide team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to audienceKnowledge of End to End Order Management lifecycleExperience with RESTful Service Architecture is a plusKnowledge of designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flowsCapable of recommending best practice solutions based on project and business needs and owning overall design of the technical applicationStrong problem-solving skillsHands on experience on Salesforce Data Loader preferredAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
