Administrative Services Order Specialist I

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Administrative Services Order Specialist I for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service for sales reps, customers, and internal staff as calls are received
• Manages the flow of orders held in order maintenance queue according to the assigned schedule
• Responsible for managing the hold for orders in the pending submissions queue
• Responds same day to all voicemails, emails, and Teams messages received within working hours the same day
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrative Services Trainer, Administrative Services Assistant Manager, or Administrative Services Manager

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 0-1 years experience in a customer service, clerical, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (AX, Excel, Word, etc)
• The ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form
• The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period

This role is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
