Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site / In-Person)

Status: Full-Time (1 Open Position)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 Annual Base (Up to $95,000 total earning potential with productivity bonuses)

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic & Pelvic Health (Therapist-Owned)

Experience: Experienced Pelvic Health Clinician Preferred (New grads with exceptional pelvic clinical rotations considered)

The Role: Performance-Based Pelvic Restoration

• Strict 1:1 Care Model: Practice in an environment that respects your clinical focus- 100% one-on-one, private treatment rooms, and a spacious gym layout with 40-minute treatment blocks.

• Manageable Caseload: Treat a highly reasonable, balanced volume of 9 to 12 patients per day using the Stride EMR charting platform.

• Clinical Scope: Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations (including internal examinations) and construct progressive rehabilitation tracks for pregnancy, postpartum, prolapse, urinary dysfunction, pelvic pain, and overlapping orthopedic dysfunctions.

• Active Rehabilitation: Merge traditional pelvic therapies seamlessly with strength training, exercise progression, neuromuscular re-education, and return-to-sport mechanics.

• Growth & Leadership: Actively participate in shaping the clinic's pelvic health program, build relationships with community referral partners, and train for an explicit Clinic Director track.

Schedule & Predictable Pacing

• Work Week: Standard Monday through Friday structure with flexible daily scheduling available.

• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy completely free weekends and evenings with no on-call shifts and no weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapy License (or immediate eligibility to obtain before your start date).

• Clinical Target: Previous experience treating pelvic health independently is strongly preferred. Completion of pelvic floor continuing education coursework (including internal evaluation training) is highly desired.
