At 3DPT , clinical excellence is our foundation. We’re looking for a passionate PT specializing in women’s health who wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, PT-owned practice.
Why This Role is ExtraordinarySpecialized Care: Treat pelvic floor dysfunction, pre/postnatal musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehab.
Quality Over Quantity: 9–11 patients/day. No productivity metrics—just outcomes that change lives.
PT-Led Practice: Clinical decisions made by clinicians, not corporations.
Perform comprehensive pelvic floor & musculoskeletal evaluations.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans using advanced manual therapy & exercise.
Educate and empower patients for lasting change.
Collaborate with physicians and mentor colleagues.
What We’re Looking ForDPT & Texas license.
Strong ortho background + women’s health focus.
WH certification preferred (or plan to obtain within 12 months).
Passionate, collaborative, and growth-minded.
