Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jonathan Stewart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Harvey & Metairie, LA.
- Our office is open 9:00AM.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Tulane University.
- We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
