Senior Manager Boeing Distribution EnablementCompany:Boeing Distribution, Inc.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Manager, Distribution Enablement C&E to join our team in Chandler, AZ, Seattle, WA, St. Louis, MO, or Hialeah, FL. Position Responsibilities:Leads organization and managers with responsibility for teams which include Business Analysts, Business Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Project Managers.Responsible for establishing and leading the developing of business Master Data Governance organization, processes, and KPIs.Leads change management (change requests) and other technology changes across the SAP S/4 HANA business and production system.Manages SAP S/4 HANA tickets, service level agreement (SLA) performance and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Conducts value stream mapping through the SAP S/4 HANA system and business workflows to continuously improve system capability.Sits on the business leadership team and integrates across value streams with key business and IT leaders.Manages and leads the business future technology roadmap and investment process.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):SAP Experience: Minimum 5-7 years leading business sustainment teams in an SAP run business.Leadership: Minimum 5-7 years managing or leading teams.Project Management: Minimum 5-7 years managing complex technology and/or digital project implementations.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):SAP Methodology: A solid grasp of SAP Activate methodology, which outlines how enablement and training roles integrate into each deployment phase (from Discover to Run).Business Process Awareness: In-depth understanding of standard E2E (End-to-End) processes mapped in SAP, such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Source-to-Pay (STP), or Record-to-Report.
