Registered Nurse - Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
Role Provides comprehensive nursing care in a specialized transplant and acute care setting, utilizing evidence‑based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, prioritize safety and quality, support new staff through precepting, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in high‑acuity units. Engage in specialty education and training supported by clinical educators. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Valid life support certifications are required. Skills Expertise in acute care, strong clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, and commitment to continuous learning.
