Job Description

Drive success in aerospace and defense programs. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience delivering advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for mission-critical applications. Our technologies support aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare systems worldwide. What You'll Do

• Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production
• Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule
• Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning
• Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements

What You Need

• Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
• Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (required)
• 13 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (advantage)
• PMP certification (advantage)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

Salary Range: $77,900.00-$103,800.000
