What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients to improve physical and cognitive skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients' recovery
- Assist patients in regaining skills needed for daily living and safe discharge
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Support patients through recovery processes with evidence-based interventions
- Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
What You Need
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
- Prior inpatient therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
