HVAC Punch Out Technician

General Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HVAC Punch Out Technician to join our residential installation team. In this role, you will handle the final inspection, testing, and correction of HVAC systems after installation-ensuring every system operates efficiently, meets code and company standards, and is ready for customer handoff. Key Responsibilities Perform final inspections, testing, and adjustments on residential HVAC systems to ensure full functionality and compliance with code and company standards. Identify and correct any installation deficiencies, including ductwork adjustments, wiring, refrigerant charging, and system calibration. Complete all punch list items promptly and accurately to close out jobs. Collaborate with installation teams, office staff, and customers to ensure a seamless project completion. Maintain detailed records and complete digital or paper punch lists and quality control forms. Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized; maintain tools and company vehicle in excellent condition.
