Responsibilities Lead report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and comprehensive due diligence/site analysis reports. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments efficiently. Mentor junior staff on technical questions related to land development. Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all deliverables meet rigorous standards. Review and seal project documents for compliance; analyze survey data and site conditions including ALTA surveys and easement documents. Make necessary edits and modifications to plans per agencies, municipalities, and clients. Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow status and meet chargeability goals. Support the team in achieving financial objectives and project success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). 8+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development, including design, project management, business development, and invoicing. Pay Range

$120,000 – $160,000 USD
