Project ManagerThe Project Manager at Koops plans and coordinates custom automation projects from design through installation. Working closely with engineering, customers, and project teams, this role helps keep projects moving, resolves complex challenges, and ensures customer expectations are met.If you enjoy variety, working with the latest technology, and bringing complex projects to life, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPlan, coordinate, and evaluate project activities from design through installationLead project planning and provide direction and support to project teamsServe as a key customer contact throughout the projectLead teams in resolving complex technical and project challengesCoordinate solutions across mechanical, electrical, controls, and other disciplinesManage project priorities, timelines, and customer expectationsApply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to keep projects movingTravel 10–15% to support customers and project installationsWhat We're Looking ForThis role is built for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives on solving complex problems.
