Dawes Fretzin Dermatology Group:
- Premiere dermatology group in Indianapolis
- New, state of the art facility
- Electronic medical records
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of patients' administrative needs
- Provide exceptional "Patient's First" service and treatment they deserve as soon as patients walk into our facility
- Checking in patients for appointments
- Collecting patient payments
- Answering telephones
- Taking accurate messages
- Scheduling appointments
- This position utilizes our electronic medical record system to verify and update patient demographic information, as well as, posting and balancing of payments collected
Position Requirements
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Communication skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with patients, providers, and staff
- Dermatology experience a plus
