This role manages day‑to‑day content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. A strong understanding of digital trends, short-form video, reputation management, and brand storytelling is essential.Job ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute organic social media strategies aligned to brand, campaign, and business prioritiesManage and maintain social content calendars across multiple channels and audiencesTranslate marketing campaigns and business initiatives into platform-specific social contentContent Creation & StorytellingCreate engaging, platform-native content including short-form video (Reels, TikTok), graphics, and copyPartner with internal teams to source stories, subject matter experts, and content opportunitiesEnsure all content reflects brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistencyCommunity Management & ReputationMonitor and engage with audiences across platforms in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned mannerSupport reputation management by identifying and escalating sensitive or high-risk interactionsFoster community growth and strengthen audience relationships through proactive engagementAnalytics & OptimizationTrack, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously optimize content and strategyProvide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholdersCollaboration & Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with marketing, brand, recruitment marketing, and communications teams to align social effortsCollaborate with external partners or agencies as needed to support content creation or campaignsServe as a subject matter expert on social media trends, best practices, and platform innovationsKey SkillsProficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later)Strong experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokDeep understanding of short-form video trends and social-first storytellingExperience with community management and online reputation engagementQualificationsEducation & Years of ExperienceBachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience of Marketing experience, preferably with experience developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaignsData-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable improvementsStrong visual and content creation skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)Demonstrate the ability to effectively use technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, support decision-making, and enhance business outcomes while adhering to company policies and responsible AI practices.Work Environment / Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core Values Respect Passion Continuous Improvement Trust Customer Focus InnovationAt AMN we embrace the ways we are similar and different; respecting all voices and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success.
