- Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
- Travel Experience Required: Yes
- Certification Requirements: BLS
- Scrub experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Trauma Level I Experience: Required
- Neuro Experience Required - Adult Experience OK

Skillset Requirements:

- Trauma experience, preferably in a Level I trauma center
- Surgery Cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT Required
- Pediatric Experience: Neonates, Infants, Toddlers, Child, Adolescent, Some Adults
- Equipment Experience: Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA

Preferred Experience:

- Charting System Experience Preferred: Cerner

Licensure and Submittal Requirements:

- IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION
- License: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once perm license applications have been submitted.
- 2 supervisor references required
- SSN and DOB required at time of submittal
- Travel University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation

Special Notes:

- First Time Travelers NOT Accepted
- Local travelers with permanent residence in Indiana will be offered $15 below the current bill rate.
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
- Floating is 100% required of all travelers; candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby.
