BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Specialist/ Mail Room for an opportunity in Farmington, MO 63640

Job Details:

Position Title: Production Specialist/ Mail Room
Location: Farmington, MO 63640
Expected Duration: 6+ months (Temp to Hire) - (Possible to Extension OR convert to FTE)
Shift: Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr of OT per week. – 8am-4:30pm CST (40 hours/week with possible OT)
Pay Range: $19/hr. on W2

Job Description

• To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months to 1 year of production-related experience preferred.

• Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence
• Scan incoming correspondence
• Record specified incoming documents
• Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims
• Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
• Able to lift totes weighing 35–40 pounds
• Mandatory overtime required
