Job Description

·         Lead and manage approximately 10 machinists and floor personnel in a non-union machine job shop environment

·         Oversee and optimize production operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery performance

·         Manage departmental budgets, control operational costs, and drive continuous improvement in profitability

·         Ensure all quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met

Key Requirements 

·         Minimum of 5 years of CNC leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

·         Demonstrated expertise in milling, turning, and EDM machining processes
