CNC Programmer/Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Brooklyn, OH
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Overtime: Potential Saturday overtime as needed

Pay: $25–$30/hr, depending on experience, skills, and abilities

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently

Program, set up, and run CNC equipment according to job specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy

Troubleshoot basic machine or program issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous CNC programming and operating experience required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with machine setup, offsets, and tooling

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to use precision measuring instruments

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen

Must be willing to submit to a nationwide background check

Must be available for potential Saturday overtime as needed
