CNC Machinist

What You'll Do Set Up & Run Mazak Lathes: Handle full setup, operation, and program edits Set Up & Run Makino Horizontal Mill Work with G&M Codes/Fanuc Controls Dial in Precision: Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize performance Blueprint to Reality: Interpret prints and ensure parts meet exact specs Own Quality: Perform inspections and support SPC/quality tracking Maintain Equipment: Keep machines running smoothly with routine maintenance Stay Safe & Organized: Follow safety standards and maintain a clean workspace Collaborate: Work closely with supervisors, teammates, and other departments What You Bring 13+ years of CNC machining experience Mazak experience required (setup + operation) Programming or Mazatrol conversational programming experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Working knowledge of basic math, geometry, and trigonometry CNC certification (preferred) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance) Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift Exposure to typical machine shop conditions (noise, heat, dust, etc.) Must provide your own hand tools and toolbox 2nd Shift (3:30 PM 1:00 AM MonThurs | 3:30 PM 7:30 PM Fri) (training will be on 1st and/or mid shift) $24$31/hr (Based on Experience) Direct Hire Opportunity Why You'll Want This Job Direct Hire: Start with the company from day one Career Growth: Advancement and development opportunities Tuition Reimbursement: Keep learning on us 401(k): Plan for your future Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off: Vacation + holidays Perks: Employee referral bonuses & sporting event ticket giveaways Training Provided: Start on 1st and/or mid shift before moving to 2nd Build Your Future in CNC If you take pride in precision machining and want to work where your skills are valued, this is your chance.
