Emergency Department RN

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and deliver emergency nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
- Act as a resource for ancillary staff and supervise non-RN personnel.
- Serve as charge nurse or clinical coordinator when assigned.
- Precept new staff and students as requested.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Support an inclusive workplace that reflects and serves the diverse community.
Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut RN license
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required (BSN preferred or plan in progress)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required (ED experience preferred)
