**Position Title :: Assembler
**
**Work Location :: Acton MA 01720Assignment Type: 6 months contract ( Possible Hire on or contract extension)Pay Rate: $21/hr
**
**Schedule: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm with OT
**
**Prescreen questions:
**Assembly & Technical Skills
Can you walk me through your experience assembling mechanical or fabricated parts and using hand or power tools? What types of products or components have you worked on?
What this assesses: hands-on assembly experience, tool familiarity, and comfort with production work.
Quality & Attention to Detail
Tell me about a time you identified a part or assembly that did not meet specifications or tolerance. What steps did you take to correct the issue?
What this assesses: quality control mindset, ability to follow specifications, and problem-solving at a basic level.
Safety, Reliability & Work Ethic
This role involves repetitive work, lifting over 30 pounds, and following strict safety procedures. How do you ensure you work safely and consistently in a fast-paced production environment?
What this assesses: safety awareness, physical readiness, and reliability.
