Telehealth Nurse Liaison - Med-Surg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Day 5x8-Hour Schedule)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Nurse Liaison to act as a clinical guide for patients and their families. This non-patient-facing role will involve helping patients navigate complex diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care within a primarily Med-Surg focus.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through treatment plans and complex diagnoses.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Utilize clinical judgment and nursing competencies within the framework of telehealth.
• Employ technology effectively to manage patient information and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Med-Surg experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in Cardiology, Family Care, or Internal Medicine settings is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
