Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5:00 PM after summer hours)
Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Associate's Degree
• Registered Dental Hygiene active state license, included but not limited to, radiograph, CPR, and local anesthesia state required certifications.
