Position Summary The role is responsible for leading and developing cross‑functional teams, managing store operations, ensuring customer service excellence, overseeing financial performance, maintaining compliance, and fostering a culture of belonging. Responsibilities Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, providing training, and actively listening to associates while touring stores. Provides feedback, communication, and collaboration across all levels of associates on store operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicates business objectives to teams. Models exceptional customer service standards using the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives and community outreach programs. Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved, and develops action plans to correct deficiencies, providing process improvement leadership for a high‑quality customer experience. Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and mitigating shrink. Provides supervision, hiring, training, mentoring, assigns duties, and recognizes associates. Supports company policies and the open‑door policy. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces diversity, establishes a culture of belonging, attracts and retains talent, and acts with integrity aligned with Walmart values. Supports regenerative initiatives, maintains customer focus, demonstrates curiosity, risk‑taking, continuous improvement, embraces new technologies, and supports change initiatives. Compensation Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and a Complex Structure premium based on external factors. State Pay Differential may apply. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U or Bellevue University). Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
