Work at the heart of educational support—either in-person (preferred) or virtually—serving a combination of PreK-6th grade elementary schools and a 7th/8th grade middle school, with potential adjustments depending on your working arrangement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Indiana license to practice School Psychology
• Demonstrated experience in psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination
• Thorough knowledge of special education law, compliance regulations, and best practices
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and the district supervisor
• Comfort with participating in monthly team meetings and supporting various school sites
• Flexibility for both on-site and virtual work as needed

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive special education evaluations (anticipated caseload of 60-80 annually)
• Analyze assessment data, write detailed reports, and assist with eligibility determinations
• Participate in collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student needs are addressed
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to educators and families
• Support the district’s compliance with state and federal regulations for special education
